Motomco Calibration Updates for 2004:

Under the National Type Evaluation Program (NTEP), calibrations for the Grain Moisture Meters enrolled in the program are evaluated each year to determine if they require adjustment. The NTEP laboratory has determined that several calibrations for the Motomco, Seedburo and Steinlite moisture meters require updates.

The updated calibrations for the Motomco models 919E, 919ES, 919EZ and Seedburo models 1200A and 1200D are listed below. Since the calibrations for the models 919E and 919ES are also applicable to the Motomco Model 919, chart updates have been issued to match the new NTEP calibrations.

If you need updated charts for the model 919, you may download them by clicking on the chart. You will need the Adobe Reader to view and print the charts. If you need updates for the Motomco models 919E, 919ES, 919EZ, Seedburo 1200A, 1200D or Steinlite SL-95 meters, please contact Shore Sales by phone at (800) 837-0863 or email us and we will provide the updates.

Please note that while most of the updated model 919 charts reflect minor adjustments to the affected calibrations, some of them like Milo (Grain Sorghums) have significant changes. You should compare the new and old charts to determine whether or not they will affect your operations. If your meter is used in a Legal for Trade application and is State inspected, then you may be required to use the new charts. Otherwise, using the new charts may be at your discretion.
